Come Visit Us
At Sunset Church, our goal is to provide a place in which you may experience the majesty of Jesus Christ through our worship services, fellowship events, and community activities. We hope you will join us in worshipping our Lord together sometime soon. In case you had any questions, we thought we'd provide you some answers before your visit.
What are Sunday services like?
Our worship services begin promptly with the pastor's welcoming prayer, leading us to an exciting and contemporary worship set. Community time immediately follows, which includes a brief, yet special opportunity to meet and greet your neighbors and to intercede for others. There is the preaching of God's Word, that leads us into a personal time of worship towards God, through silent personal prayer.
Seats are available on the main sanctuary floor, with additional seating also located on the balcony level. Also, if you have a Bible we encourage you to bring it. If you don't, please ask an usher for one and they will kindly provide you one that you may also take home.
What Sunday activities are available for my family?
Adults ranging from college students to seniors attend the main worship services. During this time, childcare is available in the nursery, as well as children's programs for grades K-5. Sunday School classes for grades K-12 begin at 10:00am, and youth worship service for grades 6-12 begins at 11:30am. Adult Sunday School classes are also available at 10:00am on a quarterly basis.
How can I get to know people better?
The best way to deepen relationships at Sunset Church is to participate in our small groups. There are also several small groups that meet on various weeknights for bible study, prayer and fellowship. Junior and senior high school students meet for fellowship on Friday nights, while college students meet on a weeknight. Special events are also held throughout the year. Please visit the welcome center located on the lobby level of our building for more information, or see the "Connect" portion of our website.

Also, as a courtesy to our neighbors, please be careful not to block any driveways or neighboring businesses of Lawton Liquor and the Corner Cup. Thank you.

We want you to feel comfortable during your visit, so casual dress is acceptable.
